Adjacent to the villa there is a covered pavilion that houses the rectangular swimming pool (4.5 x 11 metres wide and 30 centimeters to 1.90 metres deep, the water in the pool is constantly heated to about 30 degrees in temperature.

In the pavilion there are some benches and also equipment for fitness and weight lifting. Outside of the pavilion is the lawn with sun loungers to take advantage of the wonderful Marche weather.
